Homeopathic Consultations:

Homeopathic consultations for chronic conditions involve a full case history, which includes a thorough discussion about your current symptoms as well as other factors affecting your health, such as diet and nutrient status, digestion, sleep, nervous system, other body systems, past history and family history. 

Consultations for chronic conditions are PERSISTENT HEALTH PROBLEMS that have not responded to the usual treatments. These may include fatigue, immune challenges, auto immune disease, digestive issues, hormonal problems, thyroid illness, chronic headaches, and many other obstinate conditions.

 

Short Homeopathic consultations for acute conditions or first aid, such as colds, coughs, sore throats etc. are also available.  

 

All consultations are online via Zoom or telephone.  We understand that many of us all lead busy lives and travelling to appointments can be difficult due to long distance travel, working hours, mobility issues, time constraints or you are simply just not feeling well.  Please contact us for further details if you wish to make an appointment.  Payment for consultstions is due in full prior to your appointment booking, your prescription and postage fees will be billed separately at the end of the consultation.  To use Zoom you will need a webcam, if not built into your computer.  You will receive your patient questionnaire and timeline forms for your appointment which you will need to fill out and email back PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.  A Zoom appointment link will also be emailed to you prior to appointment, where all you need to do is click on the link at your appointment time.  You do not need a Zoom account to access appointments this way.

 

Fertility Program:

The initial consultation for the Fertility Program involves a full case history, including a thorough discussion about your fertility history as well as other factors affecting your health. The Fertility Program consists of an initial consultation and four monthly follow-up consultations. The initial fertility consultation may take between 90-120 minutes.  Follow-up fertility consultations may take up to 60 minutes.

As your appointment time has been reserved especially for you, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required if you are unable to make your appointment.  

Sorelle Homeopathy respectfully requests that you are available and arrive on time to your scheduled appointment.  We endeavour to run on time and are usually ready for you when you 'walk in the door'.  We book our appointments appropriately so that you are not left waiting.  Please consider that when you 'arrive late', we cannot always provide your full consultation you have booked for as we will not hold up 'on time' patients. Thank you for your understanding.  If extra appointment time is required where circumstances permit, there will be an additional charge for every extra half-an-hour or part thereof.

 

Consultation payments are due prior to appointments and payments for any medicines are billed separately and posted once payment has been confirmed.

Where can I buy Homeopathic remedies? (Victoria, Melbourne, Australia)

I often get phone calls from clients wanting to buy Homeopathic medicines without an appointment. In Australia, a natural therapist is legally not allowed to sell practitioner-grade products direct to the public without a consultation first. This is called extemporaneous prescribing and is part of Australian health regulations.

There are Homeopathic medicines which are available direct to public and meet the Therapeutic Goods Administration (the government body who regulates health products) requirements for public sale. These products are designed specifically for over-the-counter retail sale.

The Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) as part of the Australian Government of Health and Aging is responsible for ensuring that health care products available in Australia are of an acceptable standard.  All products sold in my clinic meet TGA requirements.  I have a TGA number.  Legal TGA guidelines in relation to homeopathic treatment requires that I inform all patients that they use homeopathic treatment under the following guidelines:

"Use only as directed.  If symptoms persist see your health care practitioner.  This advice does not replace professional care.  These products/these suggestions are for minor ailments only, and are not suitable for the treatment of chronic serious or ongoing illness."

The TGA requires Homeopaths to be very clear that homeopathy cannot claim to treat any condition or illness.  Any claims that I treat any health conditions such as arthritis, auto-immune conditions, skin conditions, irritable bowel syndrome, candida or infertility, to name just a few examples, are prohibited.
