Getting your order to you in a safe and efficient manner is always our priority.
- Delivery within Australia is generally 5-7 working days from the day of your order comes to us. Australia Post is used for all orders.
- Your order will proceed to be packed once it has been confirmed and your payment has been received.
- You will be sent a confirmation email when your order leaves us.
- If you require an urgent delivery, please email info@sorellehomeopathy.com.au with your name & order number so we can do our best to arrange this for you.
- If your order is delayed due to a stock shortage, we will contact you by phone or email.

How much will the freight/shipping cost?
Shipping cost is automatically calculated depending on the weight of the item/s ordered.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We endeavour to process orders as quickly as possible, ideally within 1 business day. Orders within Australia are generally delivered within 5 - 7 working days from despatch (please be aware, some remote locations may take longer). Melbourne metro area will generally be delivered the next business day after despatch. Major cities in QLD and NSW, SA and Regional VIC are generally 3 - 4 business days, and WA 5 -7 days. These are estimates only and once your parcel leaves we have no control over how fast it is delivered.
Can I have my order shipped to an address other than my own (i.e. as a gift)?
Yes, our checkout process allows you to provide your invoice address and also specify an alternative address for delivery if required.
